Yes. All Skinhorizon treatment packages can be paid in full or with Klarna instalments via Stripe checkout.

Will Klarna affect my treatment booking?
No. Your treatment booking is secured immediately once payment is completed, regardless of which payment method you use. Klarna does not delay your booking confirmation.
Do I need a consultation before purchasing a package?
• **Endolift®** and **Hair Loss Programmes** require a consultation to ensure clinical suitability.
• **Hydrofacial**, **GENESIS**, **Carbon Laser** and **LED packages** can be purchased without consultation, though an optional skin assessment is recommended.
What is your refund policy for packages?
Our treatment packages are generally non-refundable once purchased, as we reserve clinical time
and resources in advance.
In exceptional circumstances, and only if no sessions have been used, the clinic may consider a discretionary
refund. In these cases an administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing and booking costs.
Once treatment has started, packages become non-refundable.
Are packages transferable to someone else?
Packages are non-transferable. For patient safety and medical record accuracy, treatments must be performed on the individual who purchased the package.
