No. Consultations are charged at our standard consultation rate. This fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment if you proceed.

Do you offer payment plans?

At the moment, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required at the time of booking or on the day of your treatment.

Do you treat patients under 18?

We do not offer cosmetic or aesthetic treatments for patients under 18. However, Dr Ghazavi is a specialist in paediatric dermatology and can provide medical dermatology care for children and teenagers with skin conditions, following a referral or consultation with parental consent.

No. You can book directly with us without a GP referral.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes, you may bring a companion, but please let us know in advance.

Treatment Safety & Comfort

Are your treatments safe?

Yes. All treatments are carried out in our CQC-regulated medical clinic by experienced, doctor-led practitioners using CE-marked medical equipment.

Will my treatment hurt?

Most treatments are comfortable and well-tolerated. For those that may cause mild discomfort, we can apply numbing cream or local anaesthesia to ensure your comfort.

Can I have treatments if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We’ll discuss safe options during your consultation.

Preparation & Aftercare

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Preparation depends on your treatment. For example:

  • Avoid sun exposure for at least 2 weeks before laser treatments.
  • Stop using retinol or exfoliating products 3–5 days before skin procedures.

We’ll give you tailored preparation guidelines when you book.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some procedures, such as CO₂ laser resurfacing, may require a short recovery period. We’ll explain this in detail during your consultation.

What aftercare will I need?

Aftercare varies depending on your treatment. It may include gentle skincare, avoiding makeup for 24 hours, and protecting your skin from the sun. You’ll receive personalised aftercare instructions.

Results & Expectations

When will I see results?

Some treatments, like anti-wrinkle injections, show results within a few days, while others, such as microneedling or Endolift, improve gradually over several weeks.

How long will results last?

Results depend on your treatment, skin type, and lifestyle. They can last from several months to several years. We’ll discuss expected results during your consultation.

Do I need maintenance treatments?

Some treatments require regular maintenance for best results. We’ll create a personalised plan during your consultation.
